    Jin-hwa Park (b. 1956, Jangheung, Korea) graduated in Fine Arts from Hongik University, Seoul in 1981 and formed Seoul Art Community in 1985. He represented the Seoul branch of the Korean People’s Artist Association for two years (2001–3) and served as its standing Director in 2010 and as Chair from 2013 to 2015. His solo exhibitions include Invitational Exhibition of Jinhwa Park (Hangang Art Museum, Seoul, 1989), and PARK Jin-hwa: Bodies Without Borders (Sungkok Art Museum, Seoul, 2014). He also participated in group exhibitions including Exploring Korean Contemporary Art (Arab Art Museum, Seoul, 1982), The Power of the Twenties in Korean Art (Arab Art Museum, Seoul, 1985), Reunification (Geurim Madang Min, Seoul, 1986) and The 15 Years of Minjung Art (MMCA, Gwacheon, Korea, 1994).
